- When you experience colds, muscle aches, headaches, fatigue, or other colds like symptoms, you can have a cup of star anise soup. For this take one glass of water and one piece of star anise .boil it till one glass becomes half glass .before for drinking add some pepper powder.
- Many people drink different varieties of juices to prevent diabetes. When preparing these juices we can add star anise because it is a powerful antioxidant that affects blood sugar levels.
